Bala Shanti Program
Shanti Ashram believes that rural children, like all other children, have a right to first call—not only to our love and care, but also to our resources.  Dr. M. Aram and Mrs. Minoti Aram, the founders of Shanti Ashram, after their participation in the World Summit on Children, in 1990, initiated the Bala Shanti Program.  The purpose of this initiative is to organize an intensive initiative to ensure holistic development of children in rural areas.
